SUMMARY:20th Annual Dementia HB Golf Tournament 2024
DESCRIPTION:We are excited to host our 20th Annual Dementia Hawkes Bay Golf Tournament on Friday 3rd May 2024 at the Hastings Golf Club.\n\n\n\nIn previous years this has been a very successful event which raises significant funds for projects and services that we provide for those living with Dementia in the Hawke’s Bay Community.\n\nDementia Hawkes Bay is a not for profit organisation which delivers quality services to people with a diagnosis of Dementia and their family/whanau in the Hawke's Bay region. Our services are unique\, as we support people to function well in their own home and within the community from the point of diagnosis and throughout their Dementia journey. Our services include the Active Brain Programme\, Cognitive Stimulation workshops\, industry education\, carer support groups\, carer and client education and community awareness.\n\n\nYou can support this event by entering a team\, sponsoring a hole or donating a team prize.
