DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nYou are invited to our Community Team's free education sessions focused on\n\nUnderstanding and Living Well with Dementia\n\n 	Overview of dementia\n 	How to support your loved one.\n 	Communication and changed behaviour\n 	Self-care\n 	Risk factors\n\nTwo presentations will held at the same venue and time but in separate rooms.\n\nOne is designed for individuals with a dementia mate wareware diagnosis\, and the other is for their care partners\, and family/whānau.\n\nDate: Wednesday 18th February\n\nTime: 4 – 5.30 pm\n\nVenue: Chatham\, 102 Windsor Avenue Road\, Parkvale\, Hastings\n\nEmail community@dementiahb.org.nz or phone one of the Community Liaison Team\, if you or your family/whanau would like to attend.\n\nRegistering for these events is appreciated but not mandatory.
