Clients from our Workshop That Makes Mistakes have been creating beautiful hand-crafted wooden garden stake poppies to sell, with the proceeds going to the Royal New Zealand Returned and Services’ Association (RSA).

Each poppy is carefully made as part of our purposeful activity programme. For those involved, the project offers meaningful engagement, connection with others, and the chance to contribute to something beyond themselves – especially for people with personal or family links to service history.

Thank you to Mitre 10 for supporting this initiative. The poppies will be available in-store from 20–27 April, with all funds donated to the RSA.
