Our role is to help people living with dementia, mate ware ware, to live their best lives possible. We also provide support to their care partners and whānau, who play a vital role throughout the journey.
Our team provides free, community-based education, activities and specialised support services across Rotorua and Taupo/Turangi regions.

If you have dementia or mild cognitive impairment, or you’re concerned about someone close to you who does, you can submit a referral to our Dementia Lakes team.
