Dementia Wellington is a registered charity number CC56108 and donations over $5 qualify for a 33.33% tax credit. Whenever you donate (especially the first time!) please let us know and use your supporter number or name in the reference field online so we can give you a receipt.  Our GST number is 127-923-906. See the IRD website for information about claiming your tax back. Dementia Wellington has also partnered with Supergenerous to make it easy for you to regift your tax to Dementia Wellington.

Ways to donate

In person
If you attend one of our sessions, courses or seminars we usually have a donation collection box available. Feel free to make a contribution at the time of the event (or online afterwards)! For example, we recommend a $20 koha/donation for our Navigating Dementia sessions to help cover the costs of venue hire and resources.

Direct into our bank account
This is the best way to donate to us as there are no fees charged to us on the payment. Please use your name and supporter ID (if known) in the reference fields. Dementia Wellington Charitable Trust – 12-3142-0258625-50.

Online via credit card
Complete our donation form to make a donation with your credit card.

Regular donations
A commitment to a weekly or monthly donation as an Automatic Payment through your bank will help us to continue our vital support services and resources into the future.  Payroll giving is another way of donating as you earn offered by many employers. Please contact your employer to set this up.

In Memorium
