Our Community Liasion Officer’s facilitate community support group meetings. These are an opportunity to:

• Learn from guest speakers
• Meet other people who are also caring for a person with dementia
• Learn from each other and gain practical ideas for coping
• Give individualised education sessions with families/whānau and support partners
