• Modified adult activities, drawing on well preserved skills and abilities
• Designed for people with dementia to experience engagement, achievement and success
• Combat isolation, improve confidence and self-esteem, and may also help slow the decline of dementia.

Living Well offers a range of groups including: walking groups, exercise or gym groups, Cognitive Stimulation Therapy, creative groups, dancing, art and singing.
