You are invited to our Community Team’s free education sessions focused on

Understanding and Living Well with Dementia

• Overview of dementia
• How to support your loved one.
• Communication and changed behaviour
• Self-care
• Risk factors

Two presentations will held at the same venue and time but in separate rooms.

One is designed for individuals with a dementia mate wareware diagnosis, and the other is for their care partners, and family/whānau.

Date: Wednesday 18th February

Time: 4 – 5.30 pm

Venue: Chatham, 102 Windsor Avenue Road, Parkvale, Hastings
